Is it too late to uninvite the mayor to the statue ceremony?

Hoping they get Sanheim back in tonight, I don't think there is any benefit from sitting the kid three in a row

Provy, an astute student of the game.

This quote tells me everything we already knew about the kid. This is how he is reading the situation as it is unfolding infront of him:

“I don’t want to give out details,’’ he said. “But you look at how the player is coming to you. What kind of skater he is. What kind of stride he takes, where his hands are on his stick."

“And the longer you play in the league, the more you learn about the opposing players.’’

I will be interested to see how Hak handles the lines if Wayne cant play. Personally I would prefer they move Raffl into WS's spot and roll JL into his on the 4th.

which begs another question. With that type of change, does Hak get skwirmy about rolling in Sanheim too??? Is that "too much" change to the lineup for his comfort level. I fear that it would be and I'm worried if Wayne sits....then Sandheim doesn't drawl in. Hope I'm wrong.

Be nice to see them bring the speed again tonight. A little pay back boys....Hopefully Simmonds is good to go but it doesn't sound promising. Gonna really have to watch slashing penalties...it seems they are being called at an increasing rate after it appeared to me that the calls were minimal the first 2-3 games. The Flyers gifted the last one to Nashville...tonight they need to step up.

If Simmonds can't go I think they slip Lehtera in his place....the Laughton line has been good, I wouldn't break it up.

The Advanced statistic of +/- says Manning was fine last game. I mean he was better than the almighty Ivan Provorov!

If simmer is only out tonight and back Saturday I assume they just put lehtera in his spot and don't tinker to start the game. Probably Weise in the pp spot. If he's out longer and lehtera is the insert I'd like to see weal and Weise flip spots. Weal nolan tk

I would put Weal in Simmonds' Powerplay spot, he seems to win battles and is shifty down there. I also understand not switching the second unit, they have been good.

I'd put Konecny on his line and put Lehtera onto the 3rd line. Agree about not breaking up the 4th line.

If Sanheim isn't playing tonight they should send him down. There is no point in having him be in the press box every game.

Oh jeez, please don't encourage those cursed wooooooo's. Unless they are shoving them face first down the big escalator on the Linc side of the WFC.

Dear god no don't do that to Patrick. Two anchors would make his life hell. Lehtera needs to go to Simmers spot or replace Raffl on the 4th if Simmer can't go tonight.

Kid is so smart. I see a lot of that in Patrick too. Also scouts say the same about Rubtsov. It's good now and soon will be even better!
